Three dimensional elements on a project can help to express a certain theme. This is a choice project that is 3 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide at the lip. The body is narrow at the base and widens as it gets taller. It is choked in at the top and the lip is flared so that it is almost parallel to the floor. There are clay flowers pressed into the body in clusters. The body is glazed in clear and the lip and the inside of the project are glazed with cobalt blue. I glazed the flowers with cobalt blue and then wiped some of it off to show the detail and texture of the flowers. The flowers on the project express a theme of nature.
