Glaze has the ability to make certain elements of a project more prominent. This is a tall project that is 4 inches tall and 3.75 inches wide at the lip. The vase is narrow at the bottom and widens as the project gets taller. It is it's widest in the middle of the project and then it is chocked back in. The lip flares out at the top of the project. There is a wavy designed etched into the project with the blunt end of a stick tool. The entire project is glazed in clear and the etching is glazed in cobalt blue. The glaze is more saturated in the valleys of the project, making the design on the project stand out.
